Why do we need adequate water consumption?

Because over 75% of the human body is composed of water.

Recognizing dehydration

Most Americans are chronically dehydrated

Our bodies work best when it receives enough water to produce a pale yellow colored urine and/or urinate about every 2 hours during the day. Some supplements, like Vitamin B, will produce a deep yellow urine. See chart below for signs of dehydration.

Sources of hydration

Pure water is the best option for hydration.

Drinking hot, warm or room temperature water (especially in the morning) may actually provide amazing health benefits.

Coffee, in moderation, also has proven health benefits.

Tea (iced or hot).

Infused water is a great way to get nutrition and hydration!!
